Ruth Murray

Ruth Murray is a marketing professional with experience in e-commerce and consumer goods. She is Marketing Director, Founder and owner at MinsterFB BCorp, a full-service Amazon agency founded in October 2011. Before setting up MinsterFB Ruths marketing and communications career included campaign and proposition development with leading FMCG operators such as Müller Dairy, Pladis, Expedia and WHSmith. She spent time trading as an Amazon seller with her own Fairtrade Fabric business in 2007 before the formation of MinsterFB. From those beginnings she has worked on Amazon Advertising continuously from the early days of AMS, to DSP and on to full funnel campaign planning and measurement including Amazon Marketing Cloud. MinsterFB are a full service agency launched in 2011 at Amazon’s invitation. They now employ 55 people in the UK and look after a number of Sellers and Vendors across 15 Amazon territories. In 2024 MinsterFB were finalists in the Amazon Ad Partners Awards in the Global Expansion category. They were awarded BCorp Status in October 2023 are an Advanced Amazon Ad partner.
