Direct Amazon Vendor to Hybrid – 1P & 3P

Some sellers or new brands may be invited to list as a Direct Vendor (1P). I’d like to highlight the complexities and challenges of doing so.

Moving to a Hybrid approach should enable a brand to have the best of both worlds. Direct engagement with Amazon while having a backstop on the marketplace.  We’re in the process of doing this so we’ll be able to share our learnings, successes and failures.
